When we reached the hotel we were greeted by a smiling and very helpful doorman who helped me find a parking space. The girl at the counter handling the check-in was also very friendly. This friendliness made our stay at the hotel a pleasant one. Please keep this up. The location was also convenient and the area in front of the hotel was well decorated with colored lights at night. The mosque was also within walking distance.

Room is clean. Hair dryer, iron with iron board provided in the room. Bed is comfortable. Great view of masjid and football field. Located at city centre. Didnt try their breakfast or room service menu, so cant comment on that

Clean room, wisely located at the centre of town, next to Masjid Negeri, Menara Kuantan. Friendly staff and great viewing angle from pool area. Everything else was good enough. Worth the stay here.
